1. Service Cancellation

Customers can cancel a service request before the technician is dispatched without any cancellation charges.

If cancellation is made after the technician has already reached the location, a visiting charge may apply.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Payment made but service not provided.
• Duplicate payment made by mistake.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

3. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Service has already been completed.
• Issue arises due to misuse or external damage after repair.
• Customer refuses service after inspection.

4. Service Rescheduling

Customers can request to reschedule the service by contacting us through phone or WhatsApp before the scheduled visit.
